The School of Indian Percussion and Music (SIPM), a 501(c)3 non-profit, is based in Austin, TX. Under the direction of tabla Maestro Gourisankar, the school offers Individual and Group Lessons & Professional and Student Events throughout the year. Online lessons and tabla workshops offered as well.



FALL SEMESTER 2016 Starting Soon!

Share the news!  The 2016 Fall Semester will begin on Sunday, Aug 21.  Orientation will be held on Saturday, Aug 20 at 11am at the usual venue, the Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Church located at 3315 El Salido Pkwy, Cedar Park.   Gourisankarji and Indradeep Ghosh will be offering a variety of lessons during the semester.  Note that Indradeep Ghosh’s classes will start on Sept 7.  He teaches North Indian style classical music for violin (and likely cello).   Classes are open to all levels and ages.
